Questions
What does a site cost?
Builds start at AED 3,400 for a single landing page in English, AED 6,500 for a five-page site and AED 14,500 for a twelve-page site with a CMS. The Arabic version of any build adds twenty percent. These are indicative: your quote depends on the number of pages, the complexity of the build and the time it takes.
How fast will it be live?

Do you write Arabic, or translate it?
I do, from the same brief as the English — with a mirrored RTL layout and an Arabic typeface, not a translation plugin.
