Our prices are on this page. All of them.

Twelve of the nineteen UAE agency sites I audited publish no price at all. This page lists every number I charge, what is inside each tier, what moves the figure up or down, and how payment terms work.

Website design and build

A one-off project fee covers design, build and launch, priced in English. The Arabic version of any build adds twenty percent and is written from the same brief, because retrofitting Arabic later costs more than building it in from the start.

Scope is fixed before work begins and written into the contract. If the scope changes, we agree the change and its price in writing, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the final invoice.

What changes the price

Page count and templates

Five pages and twelve pages are different builds. What matters is the number of distinct templates, not the number of URLs. Twenty service pages on one template cost far less than five pages that each look different.

Arabic depth

A real Arabic version means rewritten copy, an Arabic typeface, RTL layout inversion and reciprocal hreflang. Machine translation dropped into a Latin layout is cheaper and is not something I sell.

Ecommerce and booking

Payment, inventory or appointment flows add integration and testing. A menu with a delivery link is simple. A clinic booking system tied to an insurance list is not.

Payment terms and invoicing

  • Projects: fifty percent to start, fifty percent on launch. Retainers: invoiced monthly in advance, on a six-month commitment or month to month plus fifteen percent.
  • Invoices are issued in AED as standard, or in USD on request for clients outside the Gulf.
  • Published prices are the amount invoiced. No VAT is charged and no tax registration number appears on the invoice.
  • Every invoice lists the deliverables from the contract, so the cost is a clean input for your accountant.

Two worked examples

These numbers are deliberately conservative and they are illustrations, not guarantees. Run them against your own average order value before you sign anything, mine or anyone else's.

A clinic in Abu Dhabi

Search and AI at AED 5,400 a month with commitment is AED 64,800 across a year. At an average first appointment value of AED 600, nine extra appointments a month returns AED 64,800 in the same period, and that ignores repeat visits and treatment plans, which is where clinic revenue actually sits. Nine appointments a month covers the retainer outright.

A real estate agency in Dubai

Bilingual Search and AI at AED 7,800 a month is AED 93,600 across a year. One additional leasing commission on an AED 180,000 annual rent at five percent is AED 9,000. Eleven of those clear the year. The Arabic side matters here because Gulf national landlords and buyers search in Arabic, and almost nobody in this market is competing for those queries.
