Second Story Salon, an established hair and beauty salon in Campbell, CA, had the reputation but not the consistent, verifiable footprint Google and AI assistants trust. Over two tracked phases I built one: a single master NAP profile, correct category and service mapping, and 51 live citations (41 followed) across high-trust directories, reputation and beauty-niche profiles, plus a r/SanJose mention. Every placement was logged by URL, follow status and date. The result: a clean, corroborated footprint across the salon's 8-city catchment, ready for the local pack and AI answers.
Technical SEO & Cloudflare Recovery Audit - 12M-page Magento Store
38% of Googlebot requests silently blocked by bot rules
A 12M-page CAD library lost 90% of its Google clicks in weeks. Using agentic AI workflows across Search Console, GA4 and Cloudflare, I traced the collapse to bot-mitigation rules silently blocking 38% of Googlebot's requests, found Bingbot blocked site-wide by a forgotten rule, proved the pagination issue was 403 collateral, and showed half of GA4 traffic was bots. Delivered a screenshot-backed report, exact Cloudflare fixes and a robots.txt rewrite within 24 hours.

Medical aesthetics clinic on WordPress/Elementor — 6 phases of technical SEO delivered on a fixed-price engagement. Fixed broken service page indexing via Google Search Console, built a full internal linking structure for 14 orphaned location pages, rewrote all H1 tags, titles, and meta descriptions sitewide, implemented MedicalBusiness, MedicalProcedure, and Person schema via Rank Math, optimised 72 images with keyword-rich alt text and WebP conversion, and resolved a 16.4s LCP through caching, JS deferral, and asset minification. Final result: 61 → 96 mobile PageSpeed, LCP now at 2.3s.

Wix SEO Rebuild: From 1 Indexed Page to a Search-Ready Store

Ourz Scrubs, a Black-owned curvy and plus-size scrubs brand on Wix, was nearly invisible in search, with only its homepage indexed. In a 30-day trial I rebuilt the store's SEO foundation: cleaned every URL with 40 redirects, fixed indexation and keyword cannibalization, mapped 48 pages to unique keywords, validated product schema (Rich Results: PASS), shipped a live llms.txt for AI search, and resubmitted the sitemap (49 URLs discovered). The result is a fully structured, schema-valid and AI-ready catalogue, plus a 90-day content plan and internal-linking blueprint.

My own studio site, built as proof of what I sell. Two locales from one brief, English and Arabic, with correct RTL layout, reciprocal hreflang plus x-default, and separate typography per script. Arabic written, not translated. Before building it I audited 19 web and SEO agencies ranking in Dubai and Abu Dhabi: 16 declare no Arabic alternate and no hreflang at all, so the gap is measured, not assumed. Server rendered, canonical and sitemap on the production domain, prices published on the page instead of quoted on request.
