Web design in Dubai, built to convert and rank
Dubai is the most competitive web market in the Gulf and the most careless about Arabic. This page explains how I build sites for companies here: one specialist, a fixed scope agreed before work starts, a price you can read before you contact me, and an Arabic version written rather than translated.
What the Dubai market actually looks like
Dubai has more web design suppliers per capita than any other city in the region, and the range in quality is extreme. At one end sit template resellers in Business Bay charging AED 2,000 for a five page site that will never rank. At the other, agencies in DIFC quoting six figures for work that a competent specialist delivers in three weeks. Between the two there is very little, and almost nothing that publishes a price.
The practical effect is that a business owner in Dubai cannot compare offers. Every quote arrives after a discovery call, shaped by how the buyer looks rather than by what the work costs. That is the gap this studio was built into: the figures are on the pricing page, they are the same for everybody, and the scope is written into the contract before anything is designed.

Sectors I build for in Dubai
Real estate and brokerage
Listing led sites where the Arabic version carries the same inventory, the same schema and the same lead form, not a stripped brochure page.
Professional services
Law, accounting, consulting and corporate services firms that need authority pages a partner is willing to put their name on.
Clinics and dental
Treatment pages built for the specific query, with DHA compliant claims and booking flows that work on a phone in one hand.
What the Dubai build includes
- Design in Figma, then a hand built front end. No page builder bloat and no theme licence to renew.
- English and Arabic written from one brief, so both versions argue the same case rather than one echoing the other.
- Reciprocal hreflang, self referencing canonicals and an x-default, declared correctly on every page in the set.
- Core Web Vitals treated as a build requirement, not a post launch cleanup: images sized and served modern, fonts subset, no render blocking third party scripts.

Ranking in Dubai, and being quoted by AI search
Ranking in a Dubai search result is no longer only about position. A growing share of commercial queries never reach a blue link at all, because the answer is assembled by an AI overview or by an assistant the buyer is talking to. Getting quoted in that answer requires the same technical foundation as ranking, plus content structured so a machine can lift a clean, attributable statement out of it.
In practice that means specific claims with numbers attached, headings that match the question rather than a slogan, entity markup that ties the business to a real address and a real licence, and answers written in full sentences that survive being extracted from their page.

How a Dubai project runs
Free audit first
I audit your current site and three competitors you name, and send the findings whether or not we work together.
Fixed scope, signed
Pages, languages, features and the schedule are written down and priced before design starts. Changes are agreed in writing.
One specialist
You work with me directly. No account manager relaying briefs, no junior building the pages you approved.
Based in Abu Dhabi instead?
The build standard is identical, but the market is not. Abu Dhabi buying is slower, more relationship driven and far more likely to involve a government or semi government entity with its own procurement and accessibility expectations.
