WordPress + Elementor Developer & Local SEO — mobile-first, conversion-focused build

Cover slide: AI Web Design for Local Junk Removal Site Built to Convert & Rank
~3 weeksfrom a bare domain to a site built to rank across the Denver metro

Sunset Junk Removal, a new Denver-metro junk removal and demolition business, came to me with a domain and no site. I built the full site in WordPress + Elementor, engineered around one action: "text a photo for a fast quote." A pre-filled SMS link, click-to-call and Jobber booking sit in a sticky mobile bar, one tap away. Bright Colorado-sunset branding, a services grid, trailer-style pricing and a low-contact flow, on a scalable local-SEO structure (service + city pages, schema, internal links) built to rank across the Denver metro. Delivered in about three weeks.

Highlights

  • Whole site engineered around one action: "Text a photo for a fast quote"
  • Pre-filled SMS link, click-to-call and Jobber booking in a sticky mobile bar
  • Colorado-sunset palette drawn from the client's logo: cobalt blue, strong orange, yellow accents
  • Pages: Home, Junk Removal, Demolition, Construction Cleanup, Pricing, Service Areas, Contact
  • LocalBusiness and Service schema added manually; service + city page structure that scales without a redesign
  • Lean performance: compressed WebP images, minimal plugins, no heavy animations

How it went

Sunset Junk Removal, a new junk removal and demolition business in the Denver metro area, came to me with a domain and nothing else. No site, no pages, just a clear goal: most of their customers would be on a phone, and the website's only job was to get those people to text a photo, call, or book, and to rank in Denver over time.

I built the full site in WordPress with Elementor, on hosting the owner controls and can edit without touching code. The whole thing is engineered around one action: "Text a photo for a fast quote." A pre-filled SMS link opens the native text app in one tap, click-to-call sits right next to it, and online booking connects straight into Jobber, so every visitor has a frictionless path to become a lead. On mobile, a sticky bottom bar keeps Text, Call and Book one tap away on every screen.

The design is bright and bold, drawn straight from the client's logo: a Colorado sunset palette of cobalt blue and strong orange with yellow accents, high contrast so the calls to action pop. I modeled the structure on the highest-converting junk removal sites in the country, then rebuilt it clean and fast around Sunset's brand, services and process, including their low-contact "leave it outside" flow.

Pages delivered: Home, Junk Removal, Demolition, Construction Cleanup, Pricing, Service Areas and Contact, plus a visual trailer-style pricing section, a services grid, a How It Works flow, an FAQ, and placeholder-ready sections for real job photos, before/after galleries and Google reviews.

Under the hood I built a local SEO foundation made to rank long term, not spam: LocalBusiness and Service schema added manually, dedicated service pages targeting "Junk Removal Denver" and "Demolition Denver," internal links from every service-area city back to those pages, a Google Business Profile embed, consistent NAP sitewide, and a page structure that lets new city and service landing pages (Junk Removal Aurora, Demolition Centennial, and more) be added later without a redesign. Performance stayed lean: compressed WebP images, minimal plugins, no heavy animations.

The result is a fast, mobile-first, conversion-built website that turns phone traffic into texts and calls, delivered in about three weeks and ready to rank across the Denver metro.
