Bilingual English and Arabic Website Built to Rank in Both Languages

My own studio site, built as proof of what I sell. Two locales from one brief, English and Arabic, with correct RTL layout, reciprocal hreflang plus x-default, and separate typography per script. Arabic written, not translated. Before building it I audited 19 web and SEO agencies ranking in Dubai and Abu Dhabi: 16 declare no Arabic alternate and no hreflang at all, so the gap is measured, not assumed. Server rendered, canonical and sitemap on the production domain, prices published on the page instead of quoted on request.
