< 1 weekto a leasing-ready, fully responsive site

A client wanted the premium feel of a luxury Class-A apartment community, rebuilt for Madison View in Covington, KY. I recreated the full site in WordPress and rebranded it end to end: new logo, Merriweather & Raleway fonts, blue palette, photos and copy. Built the hero, interactive floor plans for the 1/2/3-bedroom layouts, amenities, location with embedded Google Maps, gallery, virtual tour, an availability grid with floor-plan pop-ups, and a leasing lead-capture form. Fully responsive with on-page SEO, delivered leasing-ready in under a week.

Highlights

  • Full-width hero landing page with pop-up promo banner and section-by-section scroll
  • Interactive floor plans for all 1, 2 and 3 bedroom layouts with an image slideshow
  • Availability grid (unit type, beds/baths, availability, square footage); each "View" opens the floor plan in a lightbox
  • Gallery slideshow, full-width embedded virtual tour, satellite Google Map on the Location page
  • Contact form routed to the leasing inbox; sticky menu and consistent footer on every page
  • Meta titles and descriptions benchmarked against main competitors; desktop approved first, then responsive mobile

How it went

Madison View Apartments, a new one, two and three bedroom community in Covington, Kentucky, needed a website that felt as premium as the luxury communities they compete with. The client pointed me to a high-end reference site they loved (a Class-A community in New Jersey) and asked me to replicate its layout and functionality in WordPress, then rebrand it completely for Madison View.

I rebuilt the full site on their WordPress + GoDaddy setup and re-skinned every page to the new brand: Merriweather and Raleway typography, a Dress Blue and Inky Blue color palette, the new logo, and all-new photography and copy written around Covington living. Nothing was left as a template. Every section, button and link was rebuilt to match the reference experience while carrying Madison View's identity.

Pages delivered: Home, Floor Plans, Amenities, Location, Availability, Gallery, Virtual Tour and Contact. On the way I built the functionality that turns a brochure site into a leasing tool, from interactive floor plans and an availability grid to a gallery slideshow, an embedded virtual tour and a working contact form.

To finish, I set up basic on-page SEO, writing optimized meta titles and meta descriptions benchmarked against the main competitors, and delivered the desktop build first for approval before finalizing a fully responsive mobile version.

The result is a fast, responsive, leasing-ready website that looks like a luxury community twice its size, delivered in about a week.
