What a real estate website needs
- Fast pages with real photos. Photo-heavy pages are where sites get slow. Images sized and compressed for the phone keep the page quick.
- One page per project or listing. A page for each community, building or listing, with price, size, location and a floor plan, so each can rank for its own search.
- A lead form that asks little. Name, phone and one question. WhatsApp and call buttons next to it.
- Arabic and English. Local buyers and tenants search in Arabic; international buyers in English.
- Permit numbers and disclosures. Property advertising in the UAE carries rules, such as the advertising permit number required in Dubai. Check the current requirement with the regulator before you publish a listing; I build the page so the required text sits where it must.
- Map and neighbourhood content. A map, nearby places and a short description of the area, written for people and not stuffed with keywords.
Work I have done
I rebuilt a luxury apartment community website in WordPress and Elementor for a property in Kentucky, with interactive floor plans for the one, two and three-bedroom layouts, an availability grid, a gallery, a virtual tour and a leasing lead-capture form, ready in under a week. See the Madison View case study, and the earlier WordPress redesign of the same kind of site.
What it costs
A broker or a single development usually fits Launch: up to 5 pages for AED 5,000, or AED 6,000 with Arabic. A company with many communities and listings needs Growth: up to 12 pages with a CMS for AED 9,500, or AED 11,400 with Arabic. A property portal with search and thousands of listings is outside these packages and is quoted separately. All prices are on the pricing page.
